You may begin the transfer process by filling out the RSS Transfer Form 

Release from RSS to another District:

• Fill out the form above
• Once you have obtained the release from RSS you will need to obtain acceptance to the new District. 
• Provide this acceptance to transfers@rss.k12.nc.us
• Once you have all the documents, enroll in the new District.

Acceptance into RSS from another District: 

• Fill out the form above by selecting Student Transfer into RSS
• RSS provides acceptance into our District based on Board Policy 
• Parent/Guardian provides proof of release from sending District to transfers@rss.k12.nc.us
• Once all documents are received you may enroll in your new school
• Tuition is required for all students transferring from another District excluding employees of RSS 
  • Tuition information will be sent to the parent/guardian
  • Tuition is an annual fee 
  • Tuition is subject to change based on State requirements
