In April, Gov. Roy Cooper praised Felicia Young in his State of the State Address for her innovative teaching techniques, and today, he made a visit to KMS to celebrate her in person.
The Rowan-Salisbury Board of Education approved a bonus payment as a special thank you for all the staff have done to maintain extraordinary educational opportunities for students every day during such a challenging and unprecedented year.

The Rowan-Salisbury School System's (RSS) Summer Meals Program begins Thursday, June 3, and will run through July 29.
