2026-2027 Annual Student Information Update
It’s time to complete your Annual Student Information Update for the 2026-2027 school year!
All families, including returning students, should log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and review their information through Online Registration (OLR). This process allows you to verify and update parent/guardian contact information, home address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, health information, transportation information, and other important student records.
If you have a new student enrolling in Rowan-Salisbury Schools, please complete the New Student Registration process as soon as possible.

- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
- Make sure you’re using the correct username and password. If you do not have that information, the school's data manager can help with it.

If your student is in elementary or middle school, their enrollment may not be fully completed by the school until data managers return on July 13. Once they return, they will begin processing new enrollments. Once your student is enrolled, you will receive contact from the school.
If you still have not received confirmation or contact from the school after July 20, please contact the school via ParentSquare.

This is correct! Once the school building is fully open to the public and the state adjusts the system, everything you register will transfer over to J.H. Knox.

No, your student will attend the school they are districted for.
Ex: If your student is at Koontz Elementary, they will attend Koontz until they are moved on to the 6th grade and are re-districted for J.H. Knox.
