The parent/guardian is a current permanent employee with Rowan County Schools. Discretionary Admission is only acceptable within the district in which the parent/guardian works. The address of your current work assignment will be used to determine transfer eligibility. The Student Assignment office will verify employment (tuition is waived).

Parent/Guardian must fill out the form by January 31st for the following school year or within 30 days of a new school/work assignment.
