RSS is establishing Paxton Patterson labs in every middle school, providing students with a hands-on, engaging, and accessible way to explore career options. The labs help students develop essential skills through real-world activities to prepare them for future decisions. Six schools—Southeast, North Rowan, Erwin, West Rowan, China Grove, and Henderson Independent—already have operational labs, and all middle schools will be fully equipped with Paxton Patterson labs by June 2027.
