Documents that may be requested include:

1. Certified transcript
2. Immunization records
3. Documentation in order to obtain ID, passport, birth verification, or disability

Please note that schools do not keep copies of student diplomas.

There is a fee for records for alumni/former students as well as for requests from employers, attorneys, or other institutions. There is no charge for records for current students. All records are fulfilled electronically whenever possible.
