Each day, students must have the health survey questions answered and their temperature taken before they are allowed in the building. Masks must be worn at all times. These health screening questions can be answered up to 2 hours before students arrive on campus. The link to the form is listed here:

All students must register as a student at Salisbury High School. In order for students to gain access to a technology device (iPad), the RESPONSIBLE USE POLICY (RUP) must be filled out completely. The RUP is located within the student registration.
