1 to 1 iPad Deployment

Welcome to E. Hanford Dole Elementary!!!

Rowan-Salisbury School District has implemented 1:1 technology model for grade 3-12. Our 3rd through 5th grades have been issued an iPad to use in school and also take home.

In order for your child to be issued an iPad the following requirements have to be met. These requirements include the following:

  1. Parent/guardian and student watch informational video
  2. Parent/guardian and student sign the responsible use policy (RUP)
  3. Payment of $20.00

During your online registration you will be required to watch a 30 minute informational video and sign the Responsible Use Policy. You can make your payment online or in person at the school (cash only).

Once the requirements above are completed, your child will receive his/her iPad at school. It will come home with a charger and cord. The iPad and charger/cord must be returned at the end of the school year or if the student transfers to another school - even a school in our district. If they transfer to a school in our district the iPad will follow them and they will get it within a few days of attendaning at their new school.

If you have any questions you may contact the school at 704-639-3046
