The Rowan-Salisbury School System (RSS), North Carolina’s only renewal school district, is offering lucrative signing bonuses for teaching positions at 13 of its schools.
In addition, the district will host a virtual job fair on Wednesday, July 7, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Zoom. You can access the event at this link.
“It is our mission to ensure that every child receives an extraordinary education every day, and to do so, we must employ the most effective and extraordinary teachers,” said Dr. Jill Hall-Freeman, Chief Human Resources Officer. “Our hope is that the signing bonuses will be an extra incentive to attract the best educators to our district.”
