Performance-Based Compensation

If so, we invite you to consider participating in the RSS Performance-Based Compensation initiative!!

Through Performance-Based Compensation, candidates who submit a top-scoring portfolio can earn $5,000!  Check out the rubrics below to learn more!


Who is eligible?

  • PK-12 Core Classroom Teachers

  • Elective Teachers (Elementary and Secondary – must be teacher of record or claim students in EVAAS)

  • CTE Teachers

  • EC Teachers

  • ESL Teachers

What do I have to do?

Submit an evidence-based portfolio with artifacts that demonstrate student growth.  Check out the rubrics below for further instruction.

West Rowan Middle School PBL Showcase

At West Rowan Middle School, students learn about Sustainability through the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) also known as the Global Goals. The SDGs were adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that by 2030 all people enjoy peace and prosperity. WRMS students focus on 11 of the 17 goals which fall under the areas of: Environment, Economy, Equality, and Wellness.
