Performance-Based Compensation

Are you an extraordinary teacher who is improving student outcomes through documented student growth? 

If so, we invite you to consider participating in the RSS Performance-Based Compensation initiative!!

Through Performance-Based Compensation, candidates who submit a top-scoring portfolio can earn $5,000!  Check out the rubrics below to learn more!


Who is eligible?

  • PK-12 Core Classroom Teachers

  • Elective Teachers (Elementary and Secondary – must be teacher of record or claim students in EVAAS)

  • CTE Teachers

  • EC Teachers

  • ESL Teachers

What do I have to do?

Submit an evidence-based portfolio with artifacts that demonstrate student growth.  Check out the rubrics below for further instruction.

January 2022: Rubric and Creation of Expectations
