Submitting Tickets

The fastest way to get technology support is by submitting a ticket in One to One Plus.

    • Track issues efficiently
    • Prioritize critical needs
    • Assign the right team member
    • Keep a record of what’s been fixed

    Submitting a detailed ticket means we can resolve your issue faster and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth.

    1. Visit One to One Plus
    2. Log in with your RSS credentials
    3. Click New Ticket
    4. Select the correct category and location
    5. Add a clear title and detailed description
    6. Upload a screenshot if possible
    7. Click Submit
  • • What device or system is affected

    • What you were trying to do

    • Any error messages or screenshots

    • When it started and how many are affected

    • Whether it’s urgent (e.g., during instruction/testing)
